How do you measure your time?
I use Toggl to track my time and send a detailed report to my clients each month, so you’ll always know exactly how your hours are being used.

Can you help me with my bookkeeping?
I’m not a certified accountant, but I can assist with data entry tasks, such as matching receipts to credit card statements. Please note, I am not registered with HMRC under the Money Laundering Act, but rest assured, I follow all legal guidelines!

Can you work from my office?
I work exclusively from home and prefer to provide support remotely. However, I’m always available for regular video meetings to stay connected and ensure we’re on the same page.

Do we sign a confidentiality agreement?
Absolutely! I include a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in my contract to ensure your personal and confidential information remains private and secure.

How do you keep my data secure?
I use LastPass for secure password management, and I’m fully GDPR compliant to protect your data.

What are your working hours?
My typical hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (GMT), but I can be flexible depending on your project needs.

I’m not in the UK—can we still work together?
Yes, of course! In fact, the time zone difference can be an advantage—I’ll be working on your business while you’re winding down for the day.
